Does anyone know if this is a Kangxi mark?

It isn't a Kangxi mark. I think your bowl could be Japanese, rather than Chinese.

I find interesting the joining of the flared rim to the body of the bowl...hard to see very well, but pics 2 & 3 seem to show some sort of seam at that joint.
Might be an artifact of ancient eyes, too.

I think this bowl would be Arita, rather than Satsuma.

Thanks Marote. I have actually had a Satsuma piece with a green mark. This is most likely Arita.

    Any, any idea on age?

Arita is not my area of expertise, I think @916Bulldogs123 can give you a better estimate.

I only posted the pic and link for the mark and the text. I first found the mark on other sites (some with Arita ware) but the pics were small and/or the text was in Chinese/Japanese. And then, googling for "fuku", I found this pic of the mark, that was much clearer, and it had a text in English (well, sort of English...), so I posted this version. :) (and didn't even notice it was a site with Satsuma marks )
