Convection oil lamp

    Found this beautiful piece while trying to find a base for another lamp, I am new to oil lamps, and I am wondering what it would be called and what is missing!

    Although in fully working order, I would love to see it in all it's glory.

    Its about 15cm high, base is 12cm wide, thanks for your reply
