Featured Help needed to price an old airlines Waybill

    I have this Interline System Air Express Waybill from August 8, 1938:

    General Air Express was an early interline package carrier formed by 7 airlines in 1932.

    There is one for sale on ebay for $850:

    This seems ridiculous, but I haven't been able to find another one.

    Furthermore, the one on ebay was sent in 1934. Mine was sent the first day the service was offered in 1932, and was sent by an official from one of the 7 airlines, Luddington.

    Any thoughts? Thank you!

    It has zero watchers, not a great sign generally. Most expensive sold waybill last 3 months was $275 for Wells Fargo 1868 having to do with gold in Montana. A very desirable subject matter and time. Next $133 for 1840’s railway. Next $95 Montana 1880’s, stagecoach again. Waybills do seem to be a nice niche. I’d do more research airline waybill prices in general. Get an idea of high side of market and price there. You can always go down. I didn’t check terrapeak but I’d advise you do.
