My signed copies are mostly related to Northwest Coast Native Art....Hilary Stewart, Robert Davidson, many other artists. My wife knew Hilary Stewart personally, a little bit, and we've been to a lot of lectures/book signings in that area.
Oh, and Hall and Oates, plus all the members of their band.

I have 115 signed books I've found in thrift stores. This week I picked up Diane Keaton, Lee Iacocca, Bret Baire, and comic artist Tommy Castillo who passed away years ago at age 46.

Ooh. That’s a good collection. I like to collection 60’s counter culture stuff. I’m a bit envious of a few of your names. Stephen King was my favorite author as a kid, saving a signed King would make me prettyv happyhyccxxx
I’ll make sure to share some. I thought seriously about going to culinary school after high school but ended up deciding against it. I like cooking but small, cluttered kitchens take a lot of the joy out of it for me. If I ever have a big, spacious kitchen and someone to do the dishes after I’d probably cook a lot more. As is I wind up eating takeout for most meals. I will be making a big chili this week though. That’s as fancy as I get these days.

My ex-wife went to one of their concerts, got the book there, but I forget the exact details, whether signed in-person or pre-signed. And I'm not sure why I ended up with the book...but I was thinking they signed in person, though now I couldn't swear to it....don't recall why I didn't go to the concert also.

I’ve considered buying this signed Palahniuk Easton Fight Club several times. My algorithm shows it to me often. Seems to be an open edition though, it would be more interesting if they had capped signed production. Still, seems like one that might be prone to gain value over decades. Not a bad price being signed relative to their average output.

I have around two hundred author signed books.

I'm actually looking to sell half of them to someone who is young and wants to deal in autographs. They'd have to pick them up in PA. Now is the time to buy and save. When the prices eventually rise, you'll make a mint.

No. Those are my keepers. My wife will sell them for a buck each when I die.

My wife is going to be overwhelmed when I kick it. I have many different collections. Over 20 guitars, thousands of CDs, over four thousand blu rays, hundreds of autographs, an amazing art collection, plus a ton of other things. She will probably get a fraction of it's value, because she will just want to get rid of it.

I see it all the time in thrift stores. I paid $1.25 for an art portfolio. I sold the etching in it for $1000. There were two color prints that were missing. They were in an estate sale for $50 each. The children kept the junk in frames, and gave away the good piece. Had they looked in the portfolio, the etching was perfect. I probably made as much on one item as they did at their estate sale.

I'm sure you won't, since you're joking about it. Just be sure to do research on them before putting them up for sale.

It wasn't signed. But, at a rummage sale this past weekend they had a first edition of Laura for $15. I didn't buy it.

I have the Crystal Lake Memories book signed by the author, music composer, and multiple cast members. I will probably never get rid of it :)
