Featured Antique Ring - Byzantine... Late Roman?

    I hope that you are well. I picked up this ring quite some time ago. I know very little about its provenance. I wonder if it might be Byzantine? As always, your help is very welcome.

    Traditional Afghan ring. Not antique, these are still made.
    And the seller is located in Thailand.;)
