    Not marked, but online research indicates it's a McCoy item. It always reminded me of Ronald Reagan.

    I'm fairly certain that he is McCoy. There are several post in the FB McCoy Pottery group stating that he is.

    Sure looks like Ronnie. He did a pile of films for the Army and maybe others during the War, eyes were too bad to serve in the field, and they could easily have picked up the face.
