My favorite things are odd-numbered circle divisions. Nine, in your case. Very nice!

 

Indo-Persian style, so India or Pakistan. I have a similar one.

 

Interesting to compare the techniques...an' their effect...to the tobacco containers you posted a few minutes before this bowl. Different tools, an' a much more homogenous overall impression, indicating perhaps this was more intended for a tourist/export market, where the others were for domestic use?

 

And the age?

 

It has a lot of verdigris on the inside, maybe someone used it to have a small plant pot. Try vinegar to get rid of it.

Guesstimate ca 1900.

Coincidentally I was transporting a handful of items from one location to another and happened to have this bowl with me. I took photos of it to post here and then remembered I had already posted about it long ago. Yours being there was a bonus I had forgotten about.
