Just curious to know where this could have been made.
    Morocco/Tunisia?

The verdegris doesn't mean a lot in this case, if they used copper solder. I've seen that style wirework done everywhere from Portugal to Albania and back around the Mediterranean.

Very likely. You could check for tiny marks, possibly French crab marks, but this could be a low grade silver.
It badly needs a clean, after which it will look much better, and may even turn out to be a higher grade silver. The best way to clean silver filigree is silver foam, which will get in every nook and cranny and will wash off easily.

It is traditional in most of Europe, Asia, and North Africa, but the details and the fineness of the work vary a lot.
The most delicate and finely worked filigree is found in Indonesia, Portugal, and the Netherlands, but the most elaborate and sturdy filigree is found in the Balkans.

Fits. It surprises me not that the Indonesians really took it to town I agree on using the silver foam, or at least a cream that foams up a bit and gets everywhere.

When I bought it, I actually thought it was brass ... Due to the light in the store, and the dirt on the bracelet, it looked yellow to me.

If there are any marks then they must be really tiny, as I couldn't find one.

Quick clean with a soft tooth brush already made it look much better

Much better, and because of the better photos we can now see the bracelet is plated. Whether silverplate or plated with a silvertone metal, I'm not sure. I suspect it is the latter.

One thing about cleaning jewellery with a toothbrush, if the piece is plated it could result in loss of plating.:nailbiting:
