    Hello,

I have this Edwardian bar pin in white/yellow gold or possibly yellow gold & platinum. Tested center diamond

The mark is on the pin catch and appears to be a flaming torch under the “14k”. It’s not the Danish torch for silverplate.

there is also an engraved “M8308” along the bottom frame.

If possible, I’m hoping to identify the maker’s mark. Pics below. Thanks for any input

INH - Think you can see Picker's pix because you are a mod; the rest of us do not have access.

I've attached a side by side of the actual mark. Not sure it's a match.

I think the torch on Picker's brooch is a good match for the one shown by AJU, even if the elements of the mark are not in the same arrangement. Besides, Bippart, Bennett is just so much fun to say.

why can’t you see my pic?

I tried uploading the old way and it wouldn’t allow me to. So I explored the media album route and it seemed to work. Or at least I thought it did

I never use the gallery feature, so this may not be it at all, but I think you have a choice about whether the contents of your gallery are public or private, Suspect you are set to private. That's the full extent of my knowledge, but I only know because this issue comes up from time to time & the solution has always been to make the pix public. Fingers crossed.

It wasn’t the most obvious thing to find and change, but I think I did.

The torch and fineness are placed differently in every example posted, but I do think it is the same maker.
It is, and it is as good a reason as any.:playful:
