Featured Blinder Than A Bat

I know I'm about to take this thread a little off topic....

In one of my all-time favorite short stories, "Where I'm Calling From" by Raymond Carver, two characters listen to another one talk about the American writer Jack London. After the guy talking walks away, the one guy says to the other, "'Jack London.' What a name. I gotta get me a name like that."

I'll go ahead and say 'Sterling Hayden' is also an all-time great name.

 

Two professional football players have the surname "Canada": running back Larry Canada, who played in the NFL and USFL, and defensive end Tom Canada, who played in the CFL.

I think I might have actually found a moment of my clown. This is from a youtube video of the circus in 1941. I can't tell you how many times I had to go back to hit this frame. You barely see his head when the video is playing.
