Featured Skull & Crossbones.. Collar stud?

    Got this little skull and crossbones piece. Measures about half an inch at it's widest point. Back is a little over 3/8 of an inch. Fraternal? Masonic?

    Thought I was on to something with Imperial Brunswick Totenkopf, but the bones seem to be under the skull, for the most part.

    Just noticing that the German bones are closer to being anatomically correct femurs, while the others are stylized with no real match in the human body.

    Yeah, there are similar out there, but nothing that matches all the features, that i've seen. And most things are hat badges/pins/buttons, not whatever this is.
