The beads are Czech, the spacers say so , and the rootbeer color says 30s. Or it wants to be .

I love the vase and that liquidy-look blue drippy glaze.

 

I also can't have one more collection. My BFF's husband visited with her and actually said "look at all of the collections." Teapots, vintage dolls, books, my eclectic curio cabinet, my vintage furniture.. .yet I am ending up with glass and pottery now.

 

The beads were in a craft jar. I paid for the jar, took the beads, and gave them the rest of the jar back. They cut me a break on the beads.

 

Done that before. I bought the whole jar though, took what I wanted, and donated the rest somwhere else.

Old school before liquid foundation make up. You might remember the line, "I have to go powder my nose."

 

I can't have any creams or liquids on my face, they itch and make me look like a spotty teenager before my whole face turns red. So I wear a special foundation powder that conditions and protects my hypersensitive skin and has a 25% SPF as well.
It only took me 30+ years of experimenting and dermatologists, but now I am very happy compact powders are still made.

 

Had these for some time, Charity shop buy, likely a couple of quid at the most. Only turned them over yesterday, nice surprise to see DA for David Anderson.
