    Hi,
I thought they were floral but definitely not. Would you call these brutalist? I tried looking up the mark as crossed Js and JL with no luck. I’m thinking they are antique in age.
    What say ye?

TYIA for any help. Hope everyone is well!!! I’m still on the right side of the dirt

I'd call them Brutalist. And, no, not antique as they're not 100 years + of age. Odd that they're screwbacks which I associate with the 1950s or earlier. Or perhaps a tad later.

I'd call them modernist shading into brutalist. I'd also wear them, although i'm more of a copper girl.

That's actually the page where I found the name, after searching for: sterling "crossed JL"
    :)
I had already copy-pasted the worthpoint link here, but then decided to use the 925-1000 link and pic instead

    Ditto!
Not everyone. I only got my ears pierced ca 1980, and my mother, who wore big Modernist earrings, never had her ears pierced.

No holes here to this day. Without holes I can wear 1930s bare brass screwbacks. With holes... 14k or nothing.
