Shawnee "Corn King" Cookie Jar

I didn't sell this when I moved, although a man that I know is a local dealer came to one of my moving sales. He saw it and offered me $20. I turned him down. I've seen them on eBay asking upwards of $50 without the lids. It's in pristine condition. If a dealer offers $20, he probably figures it's worth at least $100.

I have what I think of as my corn shrine in the kitchen. The pieces are John Cusack's design for McCoy. The nucleus of my little collection is a lidded jar my grandmother used to keep salt on the the kitchen counter, for when she needed a pinch.

 

Awesome! Especially the salt box.

 

They're big in Oh-hoho as well.
