Found 2 family estate sales today. Found these!

Hello All. Went to see if there were any yard sales today. Ran across 2 family run estate sales. The stuff below is what I came out with.

1. Signed art glass vase $3
8" Uranium glass plate .50
Manhattan ashtray .50
3 Manhattan Dinner plates $3 ($1 ea,)
Cut crystal Lidded Jar/ free
Manhattan 6" cereal Bowl .50
Manhattan Pink Compote $1
2 Flow Blue Tea waste bowls $10 for both.

So I spent a total of $18.50 for all of it. I think I did OK.

Not my style personally, but you obviously like Manhattan.

 

Yes I do! Manhattan was one of the first depression glass patterns I ever collected. I was surprised and happy to run across some today. There were more pieces of it there that I left behind. I only bought thr orns I knew could bring a decent price.

 

I still get a kick-out of Wednesday Estate Sales. Do E.Sales sometimes run 7 days a week, or for 4-5 days in a row ?

 

The professional sales usually run 3 days and they often run during the week. The family sales will run up to a week. I suspect the ones I went to today will run through Saturday or Sunday.
