$1000 bill value?

    My wife has a $1000 bill that she got from her mother. Her mother worked in a bank her whole life and was always interested in interesting coins or bills. This is one!

    It is a note from the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta

    The bill has been folded and looks like it had a paper clip on it that rusted.

    Any thoughts or discussions on the value is appreciated.​

    Probably in the $3000 range in that condition. There's one that's kinda similar to yours condition wise right now for auction on ebay if you want to go look. 117371918130 .

    • Heavily Circulated / Worn: Worth $1,500 – $2,500. These notes have visible creases, folds, and heavy handling but remain complete.
