    That's what I think this is. Am I right or do I need to be corrected? (Fyi, part of the chain is missing so it's not at its full length.)

    Very nice. I would say Austrian, so the neighbours. A more romantic, flowery look, which the Austrians love.

    "Edwardian" is, of course, incorrect as it's not a British piece. Would the design be of the same period and considered late Art Nouveau?

    In Austria they generally use the French term "Belle Epoque" (as do we in NL) for the period.
    The style has some "Historismus" influence, an Austro-Hungarian historic revival mix.

    That makes sense. Certainly didn't look Art Nouveau to my eye. And that could make it a little later than I thought. Thanks, @Any Jewelry.
