Featured Artist Proof Etching for $1

Hello Folks.
I bought this framed artist proof at the sale for $1. I just couldn't pass it up. It reads "Ten wheelers on the Oregon Short Line" It's by K. Cantin and dated 1978. I can find the artist ......but not the etching....Any help appreciated.

may never have got past the proof stage.....

Almost looks like an image for a book.

For a $1 bill, I would have bought it. I like it and would try to find some place for it.

lotta train collectors out there...

Did you see the set of 4 similar prints being sold now on Ebay? Different Railroads but basically the same theme. That seller is asking $505 for the set.

It would be on my wall if I found it. I was raised by a hard core steam nut. The irony is those are wood-burners and I think they're hauling coal. They merged with the UP for good in 1938; my guess is this was done from an old photo.
