I saw the nest, which should have been a big clue, but didn't see it as H on nest.

Well thank you all so much. I never would have figured most of these out on my own.

Does anyone have thoughts on how many creators these cards had?
Do you think they were made at the same time, or many years apart?

If they are sold, should it be all together, or one at a time?

Does anyone want help me sort them into artists? I can put numbers 1 - 38 on the photos and repost them if that would help.

komokwa The Truth is out there...!

that could be difficult to tell which were made by the same hand.....
the writing......or use of objects like the ant hill.......may be a clue.

Well, I meant by mostly using the writing komo. I don't know that it matters - it's just interesting.

Aren't there any antiquers from Charleston SC, to solve the BeD rebus? :watching:

And I think there are (at least) 2 creators based on the letters used in the rebuses. One has a simple style of drawing the letters and decorates them with dots, while some letters have no decoration at all, and others are much more elaborate.
And there seems indeed to be a difference in the writing (3 different capital A's)

I kept thinking it had to be inebriated, but couldn't make it click.
