Featured Potties: Pan blue flower frog

Hey y'all!! Trying to help a friend out. A couple of American Pottery groups on FB haven't been any help. About 9 1/2" tall x 9 1/4" diameter. This flower frog appears to be the Greek God Pan. Only marked with 342 on the bottom. I'm thinking possibly Van Briggle or maybe Cowan? What do y'all think?

 

The color is reminiscent...as is the apparent quality of the glazing...of Hall China, Liverpool.
That said, I have not seen any unmarked Hall, so icbw.

Yes it is a cool item. Definitely similar to the Hall glaze. When she showed it to me and asked about it, I said I don't know the who but would have bought it myself if I had found it

 

Bauer and Weller were 2 names that came up via google lens. I think there are flower frog collectors as well -- is there a FB group for them, I wonder.

 

Hmmm, there might be. I will have her take a look and see. Van Briggle, Fulper, Weller, Cowan also have turned up in google image searches. Nothing definitive

 

Yes, Pan, or a child satyr.

 

I looked through my copy of Flower Frogs for Collectors by Bonnie Bull & did not see the frog or the bowl. There were 2 frogs done in the shape of a satyr, one by Cowan & the others by Rookwood.
