    Looks like an unusual form of agate, and I'd just file off the middle ring, since you will never find anything to match.

    Maybe a 'third eye'? Looks like Rainforest Rhyolite to me...

    Gila - the stone you've shown is Rainforest Rhyolite, sometimes called Rainforest Jasper...

    Try a Grouch Marx nose charm to dangle under the eyes.

    The triangles are upside down as compared to the normal position Eye of Providence. Could that have some special, spooky significance?:blackalien:
