Featured Glass Bottle reeded and bubbles

    I found this bottle and for the life of me I cant find it online. Any ideas if this is antique?
    It is reeded on top and bottom. It also has a bubble or grape texture. The bottom is flat with a symbol on it.
    Does anyone know the name of that symbol? Is it a spade?
    But any info will be highly appreciated.
