    I bought this beautiful 10k art nouveau ring with diamonds and sapphires. It is worn but still very nice! I was wondering, what cut are they? Thanks!

    JMHO, but I would not say this is Art Nouveau in design.

    Agreed, not art nouveau in design. The flower looks something like a plumeria.

    I love the design on this. I bet it looks great on the hand. A bit of flash but doesn't stick up getting caught on things. Pretty.

    Thanks everyone! I will get dimensions on the sapphires as soon as I can but they are quite small! If not art nouveau then what might it be?

    The sapphires appear to be roughly 3.5mm x 3.5mm

    Wow well to my surprise I had my jeweler tell me they were all synthetic... interesting but oh well

    How did he test them? Did he use a microscope the see the interior?

    They just said the color looked off and poked them with a diamond tester.... I may have someone else look at them as well.
