Thanks. I already figured they called them cloisonne which in not quite correct. I'd say enameled maybe.

Kard, the seller in this listing for a similar tile with what appears to be the same mark on the back says:

Porcelijne / Porcelyne Fles Cloisonné Royal Delft Tile from the factory at Rotterdamsweg in Delft, Holland.

-and- see Martin Van Leeuwen book page 17 item 3:27 April 2014 edition:
On the rear of the tile is embossed the usual marks for this maker of the factory imprint of the Jug with the words Delft shown clearly – Royal Deft factory. This is the 5th version as marked on the rear.

The name I was given when I posted one I got last year had something including the word "tube." I think.

Tubelining would be like slip decoration. Cloisonne should involved wires which can stay or be removed.
I guess those tiles have the appearance both of tube lined and cloisonne pieces and that's why they are called like that.
Most people call champleve cloisonne too.

After reading that collector-seller's description, we can add pipe lined to the list with tube lined and cloisonne.

snip [..]Martin van Leeuwen’s catalogue (produced in Dutch & English by request) has many colour (color) photographs and details of hundreds of tiles made by this company using the Cloisonne method of production. Often called pipe line tiles made in Holland / Netherlands...

Ok, so it's done with slip clay. I thought is more like carved. I guess tube lined is ok then.
