Did anyone look at all 555 pages? My scrolling arm got tired by 196. Appears to be the jewellery catalogue of the bloomin' British Museum. I'd know those cameos anywhere. Definitely jewels to drool for. Can we make a category: droolery?

@Bronwen, do you use a mouse with a scroll wheel in the middle?? If so, you can USUALLY press down on it and set it to scroll by itself!! You can speed it up or slow it down.....which is what I usually do when there's a LOT to see!!! (Which is what I did in this case!!....thought I'd never get to the end....but was worth it!!)

Will have to give it a try. I thought you were supposed to be able to push the wheel right or left to go forward & back between web pages, but if so, it has never worked for me. Mouse I have now is the same model I had, only a few months old. Off to try now.

Hmm, mine doesn't do that...scroll wheels can be so damn sensitive!.....to release the scroll either hit the scroll bar again, or the left or right mouse button, or any keyboard key......SHOULD work!!!!!

I took this to mean by 'it' the wheel itself. If so, not mine, but will zoom along if pointer is on vertical scroll bar & left button is held down. Will have to play a little to see if there's a way to change speed short of going into Settings to change lines per scroll. Weirdly, tilting the wheel right or left does trigger a little, like a switch being thrown, but danged if I can figure out what it does. The mouse has buttons on each side that move between pages, wheel doesn't need to do that unless you want to use only a single finger for everything. Placing the cursor on the down arrow of the scroll bar & holding down the left button scrolls it by at a stately pace, maybe dependent on scroll settings.

Rant scroll bar indicators that make you think you're almost at the end when you're far from!

I have no idea what happened, wrote a post, it appeared as being by a 'Guest'. My avatar photo was there when I wrote it. Logged out and in again, and it had disappeared.
I am not going to write it all again, but yes, @Bronwen it is part of the BM collection, I recognized a lot, especially my faves like the armlet from the Oxus Treasure and some Anglo Saxon 'stuff'.
It is only part of the collection though.:hilarious:

I know! I kept thinking, now girl, you can do it, only a few more. And got a headache. I did the whole thing in installments though.
