Featured Pale blue glass vase- antique?

I rescued this out of a box heading to the tip .
Presumably it’s a vase and it has a Wedgwood look to it even though it’s glass. Looks hand blown but WDIK, glass isn’t my thing.
Please can you help me ID it as far as it’s possible?. Amazingly no chips at all. The white pattern looks like applied glass?. Looks quite old?
Approx 10 inches tall and all the drops are there but some not attached.

Looks Victorian era to me although the bottom is a tad fresh. You might like to look closely at the wire used as sometimes there are small "fleur de lis" stamped on them. From what I can see they look right for the era.

 

Mantle luster/lustre.

Of all the things I thought it was for, pineapples didn’t cross my mind. Obviously all the upper classes show off their pineapples so I’m just going to pop to Lidl on my way home .

 

I wondered about that even though it was an accidental shot to catch that reddish area not by design!
