Featured Is there a name for this type of vintage glass necklace/choker?

Wish this was "pool of lights", not exactly that but has a similar metal border. The glass is faceted, is round on one side, flat on the back. Fits as a choker. Case is not original to the piece, just for the listing photos.

You're welcome. I've been out of the game too long - I sat here wracking my brain, the word "bezel" just floating around in the cerebrospinal fluid of my brain until it finally decided to come forth! LOL. Pretty sad when a five letter word has you beat!

I'm almost wondering if mine is missing some length. Most others online (thanks to the helpful keywords) seem to be fairly long, almost flapper length. Will look into it.

IDK if bezel set is even the correct term, but when I've listed similar necklaces before, that was the keyword I used after looking for similar necklaces.

 

Bezel set is the term I've always used. The bezel set stones were a big deal in the 80s.
