Featured Info wanted on a decorative chair

    Hi all,

    I fell in love with this chair at weekend and had to have it. It is so beautiful! I'd love to know more about it, can anyone offer any information on it?

    Is that MOP inlaid into the "wood"?
    Looks like a Wedgwood medallion at the top.
    So maybe English origin?

    Nice chair. Is the medallion on the chair a real Wedgwood piece or a "look a like"?

    Thanks for your replies. Yes it is MOP. I think it is a Wedgwood piece. I got it from West Yorkshire UK

    Hi,
    My grandmother had an oak"Renaissance Revival" rocking chair covered with MOP all over the back and supports. While I was at college my grandfather sold it to a neighbor lady for a dollar. I almost had a stroke.
