    I also posted this in the furniture section to increase my chances because I know not everyone looks at the sections at the bottom. :happy::happy::happy:

    I bought a small chest to sit next to my DH spot on the couch, but one of the handles is missing a peg on the one side. I was hoping someone might have a similar piece in their box of pieces & parts. The pegs on the side fit into the openings in the little 2 protruding knobs. It measures 2 1/2" across & the peg is 1/4" long.

    Thanks for taking a look & if you can help me out shoot me a message. I will of course pay all costs associated with the piece. :D:D:D

    I looked but I don't think they would match the ones that are already on the chest. I do not think it is particularly old but it was a perfect size to sit next to the couch.

    Ok...
    Good resource though.
    Their lighting 'museum' is amazing. :)

    Do you have the pin? And can I see a pic of the break on the handle?

    No I do not have the pin. I knew it was missing a handle when I bought it & found the handle inside under a drawer when I took them out to clean it up. It is a clean break almost as if some one sawed it off.

    My DH, who can fix a lot of stuff out in his shop, looked at it & said there was not much you can do with this one.

    Hi,
    Any good locksmith can fix it with silver soldier. i even fixed one with Liquid Steel brand putty. If it does not get much useage it will last a long time.

    Thanks for the offer!! :kiss::kiss:

    I will let you know if I need to send it on up to you. :):)

    I will mention these fixes to the DH & see if he wants to give it a try. It could go on the bottom drawer so it would likely be used very little. :):):)

    Was wondering if you happened to find a replacement? Because I stumbled across this - if you need it it's yours
