    My dad is really curious about what this could be. Any info is appreciated.

    Whenever I see green clothes, I think German.
    I don't know what he's sitting in. Reminds me of
    a field tent bed, during a battle somewhere.

    I usually don't like these kind of things but this piece
    has a certain charm to it.

    You can google image search for Staffordshire David Garrik as Richard III and find matches.

    I knew it was an English king who hid in a tree trunk but could not remember who.:rolleyes::rolleyes:

    I couldn't tell it was a tree trunk--thought it must be a man cave.
