Featured Antique Seltzer Bottle Restoration

I found this old, large seltzer bottle today and was thinking about having the damaged caning repaired. Does anyone have a reference to anyone who could do this? Thanks.

 

Cool bottle! I have a few old colored seltzer bottles but not caned.

I did re-cane a chair once by watching youtube videos for instruction. It took far longer than I expected.

Anyway, I don't know who might cane a bottle but I did stumble across a book that might help if you decide to re-cane it yourself.

I fear the cost of re-caning would be prohibitive.

 

Posted before but it disappeared?? Beautiful Soda Bottle and I wouldn't do a thing to it!!
