    Hello
I was wondering if anyone here can tell me the maker of this ring? It is 14 karat gold with carnelian. 1940s - 50's I think. I can make out the 585 but the makers name next to the stamp is half worn out. I think I can see an M,K,and an A in initials in rectangular box. But those letters are open to interpretation. It could very well be a Y and there could be 4 letters. The A at the end is the clearest. Little to go on.

Beautiful ring, a very classic design. This style was, and still is, made in several countries. Could we see pictures of the marks please?

Sorry but I don't have anything that will magnify that. It's really tiny. I can barely see it through a loupe. No worries. Small detail. I know that there are three perhaps for initials and the last one is an A and I think the first one is an M and a possible K or Y. Thanks, appreciate it.

Without any marks I wouldn't even know in which country to look, and most countries have hundreds of goldsmiths and manufacturers. Even when we see a mark, it will be quite a search.
If you take a bigger picture of the marks and crop it, we may be able to see.
Otherwise you will have to settle for what you already know, a beautiful, well made, traditional 14k gold and carnelian ring.

Can you draw a sketch of what you see with the loupe?
