Featured Vintage Hekman bookcase

I was reading an older post about a sign for Hekman.There were variations of labels to indicate year roughly. Mine doesn't match the ones I saw. At one time I saw it advertised as a bookcase. I t is item 5647. I added the glass, originally had diamond wire in door. Any ideas as to era?

I have two sets of Hekman stacking tables with the identical labeling. I have been told these are probably from the late 50's or 60's. They have always been known for very high quality craftsmanship and your item certainly attests to that. Very nice piece.

Hunting, here are a couple of other HEKMAN pieces with the same mark as yours. Both sellers say mid-century, and Jayhawk's "late 50's or 60's" suggests the same:

All I wanted to add is that yours and the ones in the links above all remind me of pieces my own mother purchased in the late 1950's and early 1960's.

I'm thinking later than 60's The handles look more 1970s-80s.
Did you add the little white plastic discs on the feet?

Here's history of Heckman. Furniture company started in 1922 by 3 brothers. Father started Keebler cookies.

Thank you cluttered closet. On the feet is just felt pads I put on. It may have plastic under that. I will have to check, but I'm at least the third owner.
