Featured Pairpoint? cut glass candy dish with lid with sterling handle & controlled bubble ball stem.

This piece is done very well & I was told it could possibly be Pairpoint because of the controlled bubble ball stem. I have looked around, but haven't seen anything in this shape.

It is 9" to the top of the sterling handle. There is no maker on the handle & is simply marked sterling in all caps.

BTW if you can't help me with one, I am having a very needy Monday & I have multiple items listed for ID help.

Nicely cut. I sometimes wonder how many pieces get broken in the process.

 

I think you could get away with "probably Pairpoint." The cutting is of the type they did.

agree, sure looks to be Pairpoint (if not it missed a great opportunity). I think I did spot the compote shape among the catalog pages here but didn't happen upon the décor. You might take a look:
