Featured Ancient Viking Axe conservation

    I saw this on a Facebook page and thought it would be interesting to show how a properly conserved artifact looks. Amazing. Who would have thought looking at that rusty old thing that it would have such beauty.

    make that L’Anse aux Meadows and it may have been the long lost first Canadian...
