Featured Deco jug, unglazed.

    Anyone know the maker of this jug, is it trash or treasure., stands about 8 inches with a chip on the base.
    The paint or pattern appears to be peeling away.

    I have had some of these in the past but can't for the life of me remember the maker. I can be sure though that the condition means it's for a box lot at auction, they were not very valuable in good order. I think the leaf design is someone's add on.

    Mass market 1920s, shape is fabulous. Besiwck, from memory. Spatter glaze with overpainting, which is original. The wear is a bit of a killer. Worth car booting though.
