I have searched but cannot find anything other than they are possibly Wallendorf (Wallendorfer) from a sold auction listing There are two but I have pictured one and the bottoms of both because the marks are a bit different even though the two urns are identical I know they are missing their lids but they are in very good condition otherwise. What do you think about age? The one with the black mark does not have any of the other marks found on the base of the blue mark one.

    Hi GG,
I don’t know if this helps, but if you click ‘early works’ it has time periods for marks.
Can’t help with pricing, but they are beautiful. They also have a website you can get to from this link and can click English.

Since no one has been able to help I'll give my thoughts (muddled as they are). I would ignore the blue mark. It's just too blurry and so many Germany companies used similar blue marks that I don't think it will be helpful.

For comparisons I would search "Germany Bolted Urn(s)." It should give you an idea of time frame and possible value. The missing lids will hurt value. I'm not sure by how much but I'll ballpark 50%. A shot looking down at the top could be helpful in determining whether or not these were originally lidded.

It looks like there is some wear/age to the hardware so I would think these were made between the wars. You don't show the complete hardware so I can't tell if these have a hollow shaft. If so these may have been lamp bases although I think that a bit unlikely. I would also research German parian ware. Others will correct me if I'm wrong but that may be another descriptive term for your items. Sorry I can't give you any more precise information but that should be enough to keep you busy for a bit. Good luck!

Dang. Similar to a Schierholz mark, but not quite it, and I can’t remember exactly.
