Featured Help with identifying maker of carnival glass

My mother collected Carnival glass for decades and I did for awhile and I've never seen cups and saucers like these. They look Bohemian or Czech to me and I'd call it iridescent, not Carnival.

 

That is commonly called a brain fart. No apology called for. There are times when my brain is feeding on cabbage and beans.

I'm thinking I have seen that pattern in milk glass, with sprayed on color????
