Anyone have any idea what this represents? It's a pig piggy bank with what looks like arabic writing?
Is it a warning against eating pork?
Is it art? (they took time to paint a face, etc on it)
What language is it and/or what does it say?
    Any information would be appreciated
    Thank you!

Not Arabic. Thai or Indonesian, can't decide which. On balance, Thai.

I've not seen similar. Either it had a rough short life, or has some genuine age to it. I wonder if someone added the text later? I think it has a cool look --almost folk-arty.

The wife says it is not Thai.

It isn't Kawi (old Javanese) or modern Javanese either.
It could be one of the Indian script forms. That applied dirt look is also something they love to do in parts of India. Crafts hub Rajasthan maybe?

    This is Kawi:

That piggy does have a rather Rajasthani look to his face.

Does anyone have a sense of its age or value?

That applied grime means it isn't very old, I would guess late 20th century.
As for the value, it isn't very valuable, but you could send @journeymagazine a private message and ask what it sold for. He may not remember though, this is an old thread.;)

Funny this came up now because I just sold it a month or 2 ago - it was there on shelf for awhile & I ended up selling it as part of a bundle, but don't remember how much, sorry.
