Featured Small artwork by Taylor Osl?

Hello, this is a new little piece I picked up and it seems to be by a Taylor Osl, Osh? but I am not sure of the last name. I believe the first name is Taylor because there was a signed note inside the frame and I am assuming it is from the artist (perhaps not). Thanks as always and I will appreciate any info.

 

Hard to make comparisons from the note to the painting signature when the note writer uses a combination of cursive and printing. Note: Hello is definitely cursive, linking the double Ls together, but then prints the name Jill.

IF the painting signature is Taylor then we have another mixture: cursive T on the painting but printed T in the note name of Taylor, which starts with printed T followed by the rest of the name in cursive.

The last name on the painting seems to be longer than 3 letters. Something more along the lines of "Oshner", but I'm not very good deciphering bad signatures.

 

Taylor Oshan?? I tried Ostrom but got no love.

 

No luck with Oshan either.

 

Osbun, Osburn, Osborn, Osler, Oskar, Osher, Oshei, no luck...
