Featured I did buy a bracelet yesterday. MTL mark?

All I can find on t'interweb is that MTL might mean Montreal!

Anyone? It's heavy.

This one of similar appearance/period claims to be mark 'MTI', doesn't help with the maker though.

 

It's gorgeous, Bear, looks to be 14k?
Thinking I could have a safety chain reattached!

Stamped i.a. MTI 18K, acid tested for gold, but it is plated.
About 20 cm long.

Condition
Security chain missing. Certain color wear.

 

Being really boring but could it be shorthand for metal?
I’ve got several just marked metal. I often pick up those bracelets as I believe the originals were carat gold but were then extensively copied and faked. I’ve yet to get lucky!!

 

Metall is a euro term for gold-plated sometimes. I've seen it before.

 

I've certainly seen MET and METAL , and did surmise this might be a similar mark.

this is the only post I would find about this bracelet. My mom passed away and when cleaning our apartment I also found this bracelet. Its exactly the same with an extra security chain.
Can somebody give me more information regarding it ? it has the MTL logo and an 750 stemp.
My mom loved collecting antique things.

 

750 ought to imply gold. It may mean the tongue clasp isn’t. Oddly, I bought a silver bracelet recently which has a tongue clasp marked metal.
