I prefer the other one, but this one certainly has appeal. She seems more of a socialite than the first one.
As someone who used to dance Flamenco and Sevillanas, I can tell you those shoes are more suited to sitting while playing the guitar she is leaning on, than to dancing.

Are you sure those are by the same Carazo? There's a José and a Ramón. I can't see the signature on the second.

I wouldn't see why it wouldn't be genuine. He used the same model before and the frame and ring on back are period.

I would think the second one is by Ramón Carazo, a different artist.
