Here is one kind of similar to yours. Yours appears to be a mini vase. If you type in "herend hungary" on ebay more will pop up.

Komo, I have a glass shaped exactly like that, which I keep in my table to hold my coffee spoons*. Some of them have gold-wash bowls, and it's like a wee nosegay.

(Or, if you prefer, demitasse spoons. Haven't used a teaspoon for coffee since forever! Bless the Brits!))

 

Herend's current version is referred to as a bud vase, although one seller calls the shape a toothpick holder. Your pattern is a variant of the Rothschild Bird pattern. From the mark, I think it dates between 1949 and 1990, when they started putting date codes on.
