Featured 2 Pieces Owl Stone Carving and Cuff Bracelet

#1 small Stone Owl, no marks, 2 1/2"H x 2" x 3". Maybe Inuit?








#2 silver colour cuff bracelet, pictorial? no idea on when or where, souvenir piece? 1 1/4"W, the opening is 1". No marks, looks like some scratching on the end. Don't think sterling, not attracted to a magnet.
