If that's a 5 digit British Registration number on the bottom, the year in which the design was registered was 1887.

 

RD58734 is that a British registration number? I think someone else will know.

I can't tell from the pictures, is it opaque white glass or porcelain?

Whatever it is it is gorgeous!

There used to be a site that had them all listed, but I can't find it now. It's going to either be Thomas Webb or Stevens & Williams though.

Edit: Found the arc pattern in an old book, it's Thomas Webb, late 19th

Those arc designs are on all kinds of Japanese pottery. So I'm assuming this bowl is in the Japonisme category, from the era when that was all the rage in Europe.

I once found a website that described all the Japanese symbols. For instance I always thought that the common hexagon patterns were honeycomb, but found out it symbolizes tortoise shell. I've forgotten what the arc symbols mean.

Those flowers have to be spider mums.

@moreotherstuff This screenshot is the caption under the picture, and that's as far as I can go. Tho I did struggle on Pinterest for a while and found some other similar pictures which I will put up in another post.

I did find one in this pattern with no enamel decoration described as Thomas Webb, mother of pearl, peacock eye pattern.

@Ce BCA found it as arc pattern, so there must be two names used. Besides that, other pertinent keywords seem to be Burmese and mother of pearl.

And all the people mentioning Mount Washington glass in the same breath that they say it is Thomas Webb, or outright naming it as Mount Washington glass is confusing me.

I'm hoping somebody can get their nose in the Thomas Webb pattern books and find an example of @Sdcookie2 's monster sized bowl!

 

I don't know if OP's bowl is Burmese glass or not. The formula for Burmese glass was developed by Mount Washington and licensed to Thomas Webb, so both companies produced that glass, each to its own designs.

 

I cringed as I saw you hold that with one hand to take the picture over cement!
