My wife insisted we buy this dresser set at the last estate sale we went to ( me not so much ) so happy wife happy life! Can anyone give me an idea what we got so I dont think I wasted 50 bucks. There are no markings other than drawer numbers, there are two mirrors ( one for each dresser ) Any other pictures needed let me know. BTW the second dresser is shorter but longer same style ( next to the tall one ) Thanks

Factory made but solid wood. Looks like legit Victorian or Edwardian or something. Just try and buy anthing new in solid wood for that price. You wouldn't even get the mirror.

If I saw that here? Mid 19th. Someone rebacked the mirror and you need a nice wax on that. Cracking things.

Circa 1905, empire revival, American. Mixed woods, combination of veneers and solids with mahogany finish.

Throw some furniture wax on her , don't forget the drawers so they'll slide, and she's ready to roll. No assembly required, and she'll probably still be usable 100 years from now.

I always thought of these ,probably erroneously,as male/female dressers. How lucky you are they are both in amazing condition !
