Featured Vintage Compass [Need help]

    Hello, I have vintage compass made in 1959, but also don't know nothing about it, maybe someone knows something ?

    It looks more like a tool for surveyors. Are there any other markings? What does the bottom look like?

    It may be Russian, possibly from a tank, Europe has tons of old Russian military junk.

    This is compass bottom.
    And yes I found it in the same place as that [Car Zeiss] nivelir
