Featured What kind of 'stone' is this in 14k fittings?

Somewhat translucent - almost like you can see into it but not through it - set in 14k fittings. Where might it be from? Thanks for your help. Patd

Bet it was made in Hong Kong.

 

Thank you Holly. After testing and further investigation, I think you are correct. Seem to be natural, not enhanced.
And thanks @Ownedbybear , you are probably correct. They were a gift about 25-30 years ago from a client. By the way, do you still have Bear? Is he still your constant companion?

Ah, the Bear went to the great cat resting place a few years back, bless him. I am now owned by two more black and white fellows, but it's too many names to change.
