Featured ATOMIZER: Who Made it And When?

I am assuming this is an atomizer? I am getting a Bohemian/Czech/Austrian or Southern Topeka, Kansas vibe from this atomizer. Whatcha all think? Measures 4.75 inches tall. Thanks!

That nice flashed cut and etched glass looks Bohemian. Whole thing looks late 19th into early 20th.

from these photos this looks (to me) more like Egermann style of etched and stained rather than flashed and cut

 

Ditto -like the whole thing (I am East of Southern Topeka!) I live on a farm so I rarely use perfume but I would use that.

 

bohemian - I actually have one right now by Moser (bohemian) in the Cabochon pattern...

@vitry-le-francois - The hardware on this piece was made by Marcel Franck. They made this piston-style travel atomizer in a variety of styles from plain to quite ornate. This particular model is shown in a c.1913 Aux Galeries Lafayette Paris catalog page.

I could not find any bottles like yours but they sold their atomizers to glassmakers such as Lalique, Baccarat, Saint Louis, and Galle as well as selling to a variety of perfume houses such as Guerlain, Molinard, d'Orsay & others.

It is a beautiful bottle!!

I am home from the hospital but am still using the tablet for the most part which is an absolute pain to type anything of any length. I happen to be taking a break from lying in bed so I am at my desktop in my office & had access to my books.

Please take plenty of rest, dear Peggy, you've been through quite an ordeal. How are the last three patches?
I can't get my head around the fact that they are still prescribing those meds, when so many people have the same severe reaction you had.
Anyway, heal up, let yourself be pampered, and very gentle hugs from me, so they don't hurt.
