    Nice box. Dovetails look hand cut so could be as early as mid 19th century. Someone took a fair amount of care in making this.

    You never know, the "costume jewelry" might have more value than the box itself. ;):p:p:happy:

    True, I wouldn't doubt it at all. The box, from what we can see i doubt would bring more than $100 and often less.

    Boxes can get pricey in a HURRY! The top box i saw at the americana sales last week was this little guy that sold for $118,750. YIKES!
